Why hasn't the demolition began for these lots that have been approved? You demolished the lots beside them that are still in "proposed" state according to this website.
Do they have the pool deck done yet?

1333 Bertram will be ready for move-in in August 2026 according to Mission Group.
Movala Phase II will be completed and ready for move in by end of August to early September!

The development really hasn’t changed for the past month. We’re looking at mid September for 8th floor completion, then roughly 1 floor per week from there. If things go smoothly, we can possibly see 8th floor completion by end August to early September, then we will finally see the climb to 43 storeys.
