The development permit was revoked today, because of the students being paid 250 to talk at the public meeting in 2022, even though it didn't break any rules, the developer Greg Appelt from Appelt Properties said.
They are threatening to sue the city now, because of this decision.

I like this one, but it's very sad they aren't building it, received 3 approvals already, and is always postponed.
