Public Discussions about Leland Park in Calgary

Just wondering where all the people will drive or walk with two huge buildings going up within a block of one another? Marc & Mada Block and Leland Project. It's not that big of an area and very congested as it is. There is one main road 33 Ave to get into Marda Loop off of Crowchild to where these buildings will be located. Guess people won't be driving cars because the Liberal government wants to outlaw all gas fueled cars by 2035. Bike paths, buses, and walking will be the means of transportation. Do you know what Calgary winters are like? All the new migrants coming here from warm climates will be trekking through 2 feet of snow in -30 degree weather to get groceries and go to appointments with kids. We have long cold winters and short summers that only last a few months. We also have huge piles of plowed snow along the streets and sidewalks. It's going to be the busiest location in Calgary.
